XUVIS
X-ray, UV, Visible

XUVIS was founded by James Endicott to pursue a passion to work with individuals and organisations looking for help in their business development journey.

X-ray, UV and Visible wavelengths have been at the core of James' career, which started with image sensor development at e2v technologies following his PhD in the Quantum Transport Group at the University of Nottingham where he studied Dilute Gallium Arsenide Resonant Tunnelling Didoes with Magneto-tunnelling Spectroscopy; in short, a III-V semiconductor material.

He quickly moved from development to customer facing roles in engineering, followed by strategic marketing and then sales. This was followed by lobbying and advocacy for academic research funding, alongside technical project leadership; before a return to sales.

After nearly two decades building commercial experience in large, medium and small businesses, and in academia, the desire and opportunity arose to create XUVIS.
